Broker and Denver native Kate Perry utilizes her passion for real estate and extensive experience to assist clients in finding properties that best fit their lifestyle, financial, and household needs. Having grown up in the Cherry Hills Village area, she currently resides in Denver's suburb of Centennial where she and her husband have raised their two daughters.

Kate's educational background with a BA in Accounting from the University of San Diego and corporate work experience as Controller for Hyatt Hotels allow her to be a formidable force at the negotiating table while maintaining a corporate level of professional customer service.
